How fresh is your coffee when it arrives?
We roast in small batches weekly and ship within 48 hours of roasting. Every bag is stamped with the roast date, so you always know exactly when it was crafted. No mystery, no months-old beans — just fresh, vibrant coffee delivered to your door.
What’s the difference between Geisha and Arabica?
Both are specialty-grade, but they offer unique experiences. Our Geisha 41 is a light-medium roast with floral, fruity complexity — a favorite for connoisseurs. Sofía (Arabica) is a smooth, chocolatey medium roast designed to be your perfect daily cup. Choose based on your taste preferences, or try both to explore.
Is your coffee suitable for espresso, French press, or pour-over?
Yes — our beans are brew-method versatile. Whether you’re pulling shots, using a French press, or pouring over, you’ll get a balanced, flavorful cup. We also provide grind recommendations and brewing tips to help you dial it in perfectly.

All our beans come from traceable farms in Colombia, with full transparency. We include the farm location, altitude, and SCA score on each bag. It’s part of our commitment to ethical sourcing and honoring the growers behind the coffee.
