Our mission is simple: Make specialty coffee feel personal, approachable, and purposeful, without the snobbery, the confusion, or the compromise.
Our journey started with a simple frustration:
Why was it so hard to find fresh, ethically sourced coffee that didn’t feel overhyped or underwhelming? Too many bags claimed to be "premium," yet lacked transparency, tasted stale, or came with a side of coffee elitism.
So, we created Torrat, a specialty coffee company grounded in truth, trust, and taste.
We work directly with farms in Colombia, roast in small batches, and print every detail on the bag: from the altitude to the SCA score.
We even donate 5% of every sale to local charities — because doing good should be as natural as brewing your morning cup.
