This roast draws its name from the number 41, a symbol of transformation, purpose, and new beginnings found throughout Scripture.

From Noah finding dry land on day 41 to Jesus beginning his ministry on the 41st day, the number reflects powerful turning points.

Launched by Torrat’s founder at age 41, this roast marks a personal and spiritual d milestone, and invites you to make it part of your own daily renewal.

Sourced from the high-altitude farms of Tamesis, Colombia (1,800m ASL), this Geisha bean undergoes a rare 90-90 fermentation:
90 hours fermenting in cherry, followed by 90 hours in mucilage, before being dried naturally on African beds with honey.

This slow, careful process produces depth, complexity, and clarity in every cup.

Expect a refined and aromatic cup with floral sweetness and notes of tangerine, peach, jasmine, and honey.

Smooth and elegant, Geisha 41 is crafted for connoisseurs, perfect for pour-over mornings, special moments, or simply savoring the ritual of an extraordinary coffee.

Yes — our beans are brew-method versatile. Whether you’re pulling shots, using a French press, or pouring over, you’ll get a balanced, flavorful cup. We also provide grind recommendations and brewing tips to help you dial it in perfectly.

Do you offer subscriptions — and can I choose my favorite roast?

Where is your coffee sourced from?

All our beans come from traceable farms in Colombia, with full transparency. We include the farm location, altitude, and SCA score on each bag. It’s part of our commitment to ethical sourcing and honoring the growers behind the coffee.

Why is your coffee more expensive than grocery store brands?
